• The intervention contemplates the consolidation, protection and enhancement of the stretch of the Roman Cloaca, as well as the urbanization and adaptation of the public space included in the scope of action. In this space a new square will be generated and a public equipment will be built.
• The Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda will fully finance the works.
• The deadline for submission of tenders for the works contract will be open until February 23, 2026 and for the services contract until February 16, 2026.

• Railway network
• It covers all surveillance and security work in passenger stations, freight terminals, technical and administrative buildings and railway infrastructures of both entities.
• The contract covers the period between 1 February 2026 and 31 January 2028, with the possibility of extension and future new sections put into service.

• Improving sustainable mobility in La Rioja
• A new road lighting system will be installed over about 2 km using LED technology, which will reduce consumption by 50% compared to the existing installation.
• This action will improve the road safety of the section and is aligned with the Energy Efficiency Strategy of the State Road Network.

• The one in 2025 has been the warmest autumn in La Rioja since the beginning of the historical series in 1961.

Red.es and the Ministry of Health maintain the first working meeting of the agreement of the Intelligent Digital Services program in the National Health System with La Rioja.

Red.es will manage this initiative, financed with FEDER funds and the Ministry of Health, which will allow the autonomous community to have 727,696 euros extra to strengthen digital health in the community. Among the main lines of action is the definition of cases of use of Artificial Intelligence in the health sector.

• Civil Service
• The General Administration of the State has incorporated nine administrative and administrative offices to expedite the management of immigration cases in La Rioja.
• The incorporation of these personnel is essential for the provision of essential public services, strengthening the offices for the care of citizens.

• Regional Incentives
• Through an Agreement of the Delegated Commission of the Government for Economic Affairs (CDGAE) and an Order of the Ministry of Finance, an investment of 5.6 million euros will be mobilized and will allow to create 25 new jobs in La Rioja.
• The overall amount of the grants awarded is EUR 235,203,841.56 and will allow a total investment of EUR 1,056,276,601 to be mobilised.
• These projects will maintain 11,270 jobs and create a further 3,168 new jobs in these 93 companies.

• The villages have attracted national and foreign populations since 2018 and the number of employed people, especially women, is growing.
• Of the 6,832 municipalities with fewer than 5,000 inhabitants in 2018, 79% currently have a positive migratory balance
