Evaluation report

This report, provided for in Article 73.1.b of Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector, includes an overall evaluation on the functioning of the Services of the General State Administration in the Territory.

Within the State Secretariat for Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory, it corresponds to the General Secretariat for Territorial Coordination the preparation of the report on the functioning of the public services of the General Administration of the State in the Territory, in collaboration with the Subdelegation Delegations and Island Directorates.

The Office of the Assistant Director-General for the Coordination of the General Administration of the State in the Territory, which is part of the State Secretariat for Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory, is currently responsible for preparing the report on the functioning of public services, in collaboration with delegations, government sub-delegations and island directorates.

In this regard, the report successively includes the following chapters:



The AGE in the Territory	This is a general introduction that summarizes the regulations governing the General Administration of the State in the Territory. In particular, it describes the Delegations, Government Subdelegations and Island Directorates and provides the main data on human resources and budgets.
The Government Delegations	It describes the main improvement and action initiatives promoted by the General Secretariat for Territorial Coordination together with the Delegations, Government Subdelegations and Island Directorates, as well as the most relevant data on the main areas of action, with reference to indicators and showing the evolution registered in recent years, grouped into five thematic areas: Attention to citizenship Citizen protection and citizen rights Health control at borders and other related actions Economy and social development Management and greater efficiency of the media
Non-integrated Services	It gathers, ordered by Ministries, the territorial services not integrated in the Government Delegations, with a brief description of their organization and, where appropriate, functioning.
