The General Administration of the State in the Territory is responsible for exercising the activity of the State in a deconcentrated manner in the territory, with the Government Delegate responsible for the direction of the same in the autonomous area and its coordination with the Administration of the Autonomous Community.

This report, provided for in article 73.1.b of Law 40/2015, of 1 October, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector, includes an overall evaluation of the operation of the Services of the General Administration of the State in the territory in 2023.
