ANTI-TRANSFUGUISM PACT
On July 7, 1998, the Agreement on a Code of Political Conduct in Relation to Transfuguism in Local Corporations, better known as the Anti-Transfuguism Pact, was signed.
On September 26, 2000, the Renewal of the Agreement on a Code of Conduct in Relation to Local Corporations was signed, constituting the First Addendum to the Anti-Transfuguism Pact.
On May 23, 2006, the Second Addendum to the text of the Anti-Transfuguism Pact was signed.
After the reactivation of the Anti-Transfuguism Pact, in the summer of 2020, the following political formations are currently members of the Anti-Transfuguism Pact: PSOE, Partido Popular, Izquierda Unidas, Esquerra Republicana de Catalunya, PNV, BNG, Alianza Canaria, Partido Aragonés, Unión del Pueblo Navarro, Podemos, Ciudadanos, PSC, Foro Asturias, Partido Regionalista de Cantabria, Compormis, Geroa Bai, Galicia in Common, Catalonia in Comú, Más País, Equo, Mes per Mallorca and Socialist Group of La Gomera.
PACT FOR INSTITUTIONAL STABILITY AND FIGHT AGAINST POLITICAL TRANSFUGUISM.
On November 11, 2020, a III addendum to the Anti-Transfuguism Pact, called “Pact for Institutional Stability and Fight against Political Transfuguism” has been signed to which, so far, the following political formations have adhered: PSOE, Partido Popular, Izquierda Unidas, Esquerra Republicana de Catalunya, PNV, BNG, Partido Aragonés, Unión del Pueblo Navarro, Podemos, Ciudadanos, PSC, Foro Asturias, Partido Regionalista de Cantabria, Galicia en Comune, Catalunya en Comú and Socialist Group of La Gomera.
