Born in A Coruña in 1974.

Graduated in Sociology from the University of A Coruña with a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management in Companies, Organizations and Institutions from the UDC in 2000. She has been an official of the City Council of A Coruña since 2001 where she started as a Sociologist Technician in the Management Planning and Control Department as responsible for the implementation of the Urban Observatory of A Coruña, the Observatory of the Quality of Services and participating in strategic planning projects such as the implementation phase of the Local Agenda 21 or the Urban Audit. Between 2008 and 2011 she was head of the Mayor’s Service and between 2011 and 2018 she carried out different functions in the Department of Statistics and Padrón and in the municipal registries as coordinator.

In June 2018, she took over the Cabinet of the Government Delegate in Galicia until her appointment as Subdelegate of the Government in A Coruña in June 2021.

In the political field she has been a school counselor, member of the Claustro at the University of A Coruña, general secretary of the Socialist Governments of A Coruña as well as Deputy Secretary General of the Socialist Governments of Galicia. She has been part of the executive of the Socialist Group of La Coruna for several terms as well as of the Galician National Executive Commission of the PSdeG and its National Committee. Currently, he is a member of the Provincial Committee of the PSdeG-PSOE in A Coruña.
