She holds a degree in Law from the University of Deusto and an official from the Superior Optional Body of Archives of the Xunta de Galicia, where she obtained her first destination as head of section in the Provincial Historical Archive of Lugo. Until her appointment as a subdelegate, and since 2006, she held the position of head of section in the Territorial Xeral Archive of the Xunta de Galicia in Lugo.

She has participated in different congresses and conferences and has published works related to archives, documentary sources, the history of institutions or archival and feminist perspectives.

In addition, she is president of the Association of Professionals of Archives, Libraries, Museums and Documentation Centers (BAMAD-Galicia), and her participation in the Board of Trustees of the Olga Galician Foundation and in the Section of Heritage and Cultural Property of the Galician Culture Council.
