This has been agreed today at the security meeting held in the Government Delegation and chaired by the delegate of the Government of Spain in the Community of Madrid, which has been attended by leaders of the National Police —Provincial Citizen Security Brigade, Provincial Information Brigade and Police Intervention Unit (UIP)—, Municipal Police of Madrid, SAMUR/Civil Protection, Firefighters, security of Real Madrid and Movistar Arena.
Francisco Martín wanted to thank both Real Madrid and Movistar Arena for following the recommendations of the National Police, agreeing to allow the party to develop without an audience, and for their coordinated work with the Security Forces and Corps in favor of security.
Despite not having an audience, the security device that will be activated will be a reinforced device, with an expanded security area and perimeter fencing in the stadium area, traffic cuts in the area and access to the Movistar Arena parking lot.
The National Police will mobilize around 400 personnel, who will be joined by members of the Municipal Police of Madrid, who will provide support in tasks of regulation and traffic cuts, security of the Club itself and the stadium, Firefighters and SAMUR/Civil Protection.
