- The works are being carried out between km 39.9 and 44.1 on the right side of the motorway.
- The branch of incorporation of the M-601 to the AP-6 in direction A Coruña from Monday to Friday remains cut, while on weekends and holidays, it will be enabled to traffic.
- The action is financed with European funds from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR).
The Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility continues to implement the works to develop the actions of the Action Plan against Noise in the AP-6 between kilometers 39.5 and 42, as it passes through the municipalities of Collado Villalba and Alpedrete. The action has a budget of 1,039 million euros (VAT included) from the European funds of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR).
In this context, work is being carried out on the installation of 4m high acoustic screens on the right side of the motorway, between the kilometres 39.9 and 44.1. Likewise, the vehicle containment system will be adapted.
Therefore, as of today and for the duration of the works, predictably during the month of January, the branch of incorporation of the M-601 to the AP-6 direction A Coruña remains cut. The cuts will be maintained from Monday morning until 13:00 hours on Fridays. On weekends and holidays, the branch will be enabled for traffic.
An alternative itinerary has been enabled to take the A-6 direction Madrid and make the change of direction in the link of km 36 (Galapagar / La Navata).
Likewise, during the development of the works, the renovation of the pretil of the motorway will be carried out on the lower pass of the C/ Rincón de las Eras which, according to the evolution of the works, will require the diversion of traffic between 08:00 to 19:00 by the C/ El Almiar. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected.
The planning of the work may be altered in case of adverse weather conditions.
