Public participation in policy projects
- Article 133 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October (BOE-A-2015-10565), of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
- Article 26 of Law 50/1997, of 27 November (BOE-A-1997-25336), from the Government.

Prior public consultation
The purpose of the prior public consultation process is to obtain the opinion of citizens, organizations and associations before the elaboration of a normative project

Audience and public information
The purpose of the process of hearing and public information is to gather the opinion of citizens who have rights and legitimate interests affected by a normative project already drafted, but in the process of elaboration, directly or through organizations or associations that represent them, as well as the additional contributions may be made by other persons or entities.
