La Bilateral Cooperation Commission Junta de Andalucía - State It is equal, has the rotating presidency and adopts its agreements by consensus of the two parties. It constitutes the general and permanent framework of relations between the two Governments. Its main functions are deliberation and, where appropriate, agreement on matters such as draft State laws, programming of general economic policy, conflicts of competences, monitoring of European policy and monitoring of the foreign action of the State, provided that they have a singular impact on the competences or interests of the Autonomous Community.
The Junta de Andalucía/State Bilateral Cooperation Commission has created the following permanent subcommissions:
Subcommittee on Regulatory Follow-up, Prevention and Resolution of Competition Disputes, to prevent conflicts of competences between both administrations.
Subcommittee on Collaboration and Cooperation, to promote the work of development of the Statute in the field of mutual cooperation.
Subcommittee on European Affairs and External Action, to articulate the participation of the Junta de Andalucía in EU affairs and the external action of the State in matters affecting the competences of the Autonomous Community.
Subcommittee on Infrastructure and Equipment, to discuss issues of common interest in these areas.
