All staff of the Department, including those of its autonomous bodies, as well as citizens and outside researchers, have access to the Library's library and documentary services.

Requests for information, loan, reproduction of documents, etc. They can be done both by telephone, through the number 91 273 57 47, and through the email address bibliodoc.sgt@correo.gob.es.

Users can search for existing publications in the Library by consulting its publicly accessible online catalogue, available on the website of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory (www.mpt.gob.es)

They can also delegate advanced searches or more complex queries to the library staff.

Regular information on the bibliographic novelties and the content of the latest journals entered in the Library is also provided through the publication of bulletins. For their reception they can request the registration at the email address bibliodoc.sgt@correo.gob.es

This service, provided during the working hours of the Library, allows the reading and taking of data from the bibliographic and documentary background, and direct access to the latest issues of the journals received.

The loan of books is provided only to the staff of the Department. The loan has a duration of 30 calendar days, which may be extended by a corresponding renewal, provided that the book has not been requested by another user. After this period has elapsed without being returned, the Library Service will proceed to the appropriate claim.

Works of reference and reference (encyclopedias, dictionaries, repertoires of legislation and jurisprudence, etc.) are excluded from the loan. ), magazines, and works from the collection of official publications.

The reproduction of journal articles and book pages is provided for research and study purposes only. Such reproduction is subject to the regulations on intellectual property and depends on the state of conservation of the original.

This service allows users of the Central Library of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory to request from another Library an original or the reproduction of a publication that is not in its bibliographic fund. The consultation of the borrowed originals will be adjusted to the conditions established by the Borrowing Library.

Likewise, this service allows other Libraries to request works from the Department's Library for a period of 15 days, extendable provided that the work has not been requested by another user of the Department.
