Born in O Barco de Valdeorras (Ourense) on February 14, 1964.

He joined the Faculty of Secondary Education in 1991, and is currently a Professor of Secondary Education in the specialty of Geography and History.

Prior to his appointment as a subdelegate, he was assigned to the IES Lauro Olmo de O Barco de Valdeorras, where he was also part of the management team as Vice-Director. He previously worked as a teacher in different educational centers in the provinces of Lugo and Ourense. It is this trajectory, it has participated in educational innovation teams in aspects such as training in new technologies, reading dynamization, inclusion, equality, coexistence and others.

At the political level, Eladio Santos holds the position of general secretary of the Socialist Municipal Group of the Boat, municipality in which he was also councillor of the local government.
