The personal data of the interested parties will be incorporated into the corresponding processing activity of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory.
Those responsible and in charge of the treatment are obliged to maintain and update a Registry of Treatment Activities (RAT) (articles 31 of the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, and 30 of General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.
Minimum content of the RAT of the data controller:
- Name and contact details of the person in charge and, where applicable, of the correspondent, of the representative of the person in charge, and of the data protection officer.
- Purposes of the treatment.
- Description of the categories of interested parties and the categories of personal data.
- Categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, including recipients in third countries or international organisations.
- Where applicable, transfers of personal data to a third country or an international organisation.
- When possible, expected deadlines for the deletion of the data.
- Where possible, a general description of technical and organisational security measures.
