1. The native language of the Valencian Community is Valencian.

Article 35
1. At the request of the Generalitat, the competent body shall convene competitions and competitions to fill the vacant positions of Judges, Judges, Judicial Secretaries and other personnel in the service of the Administration of Justice, in accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law of the Judiciary.
