- The performance is located between the 14.8 and 26.3 kilometers of the A-3, and has an estimated budget of 122 million euros.
- This is the fourth action within the Preliminary Draft of Adaptation, reform and conservation of the A-3 in the Community of Madrid, from the M-30 to the provincial limit of Cuenca.
- Works such as lane extensions, new braiding lanes and modifications to the service paths, among others, are proposed.
The Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility has awarded 4.62 million euros (including VAT) for the services contract for the drafting of the delineation and construction projects for the improvement of the functionality, mobility and road safety of the A-3 Motorway between 14.800 and 26.300 kilometers, as it passes through the municipalities of Rivas-Vaciamadrid and Arganda del Rey, in the Community of Madrid.
This project is part of preliminary draft adaptation, reform and conservation of the A-3 Motorway in the Community of Madrid, from the M-30 to the provincial boundary of Cuenca. The preliminary draft was approved on February 18 after passing the Public Information procedure, and It was published in the BOE on March 19.
This performance between Rivas Vaciamadrid and Arganda del Rey is the fourth contemplated in the preliminary draft, and will extend for 11.5 kilometers, for which it has an approximate budget of 122 million euros (VAT included). The most relevant works proposed are, among others:
- Rectifications of the plant and the elevation.
- Lane extensions and platform extensions.
- New braiding lanes.
- Improvement of the exit to Rivas in Enlacion Rivas Oeste through the extension of the radius.
- Modifications in the service routes and the arrangement of access to Swan Street at kilometer 20.75.
