Resolution of the State Secretariat for Territorial Policy, determining the municipalities and, where appropriate, areas of the affected municipalities, in accordance with Article 7.2 of Royal Decree-Law 5/2026 of 17 February, which adopts urgent measures in response to the damage caused by various adverse meteorological phenomena, especially affecting the autonomous communities of Andalusia and Extremadura.
Subsidies for damage to municipal infrastructures, provincial and island road networks

In the event of emergency or catastrophic situations such as forest fires, temporary or other natural disasters, the State, exercising its exclusive competence in matters of public security (contained in art. 149.1.29th of the Spanish Constitution), among other decisions, adopts urgent measures aimed at repairing the damages produced in infrastructures, equipment or installations, services and road networks owned by the affected local entities.
The Ministry is responsible for the management and payment of subsidies to deal with this damage.

Applicable to the entities listed in its annex I, it establishes the direct granting of subsidies to municipalities and provincial deputies to finance works of repair, restitution or reconstruction of infrastructure, equipment or facilities and services of municipal ownership and of the road network of provincial ownership, of the damages caused by the Isolated Depression in High Levels (DANA) between October 28 and November 4, 2024, under the protection of art. 5 of Royal Decree-Law 6/2024, of 5 November.
