Subdelegate of the Government in Valladolid since January 23, 2024.

Engineer in Informatics from the University of Valladolid, until his inauguration as a subdelegate, he has worked as an official, superior technician of Systems and Information Technologies, in the City of Valladolid.

For 20 years, he was director of the company Tecsidel, dedicated to the provision of computer services and software development for various sectors, in the Technological Park of Boecillo de Valladolid.

Canales de Caso was the first president of the General Council of Professional Colleges of Computer Engineering and also the first dean of the Professional College of Computer Engineering of Castilla y León.

The subdelegate of the Government has taught Project Planning and Management in the universities of Burgos and Valladolid, in the careers of Computer Engineering and Telecommunications Engineering.
