The Central Library of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory, attached to the General Sub-Directorate of Resources, Publications and Documentation of the Technical General Secretariat, is intended to provide all staff of the Department with access to the information and documentation necessary for the performance of their duties and for the updating of their knowledge. The Library is also available to citizens, researchers and specialists outside the Ministry who wish to make use of its facilities and sources of information.

The Library specializes in subjects such as Public Administration, Public Service, Administrative Modernization, Administrative and Constitutional Law or Quality of Public Services.

Its bibliographic collection consists of more than 95,000 documents (of which, among others, there are more than 65,000 monographs).

It also has a specialized collection of official publications of the General Administration of the State since 1986.
