The delegate of the Government of Spain in the Community of Madrid, Francisco Martín, accompanied by the mayor of Parla, Ramón Jury Rodríguez, has visited the temporary information point enabled in Parla to attend to the people who are processing the extraordinary regularization process that is being carried out in our country.
The professionals who attend him have detailed to Francisco Martín what are the needs, doubts and questions raised by the people who have been attending the aforementioned municipal resource since last Thursday.
The Consistory provides this service in parallel with that performed by the Department of Social Services that issues certificates of vulnerability only for citizens with an intervention file in Social Services before April 15, 2026. An application that is previously made in any Registry Office and that once it has been verified that all the requirements are met by Social Services, the applicant is notified to come and pick it up.
The City Council of this municipality – from the Departments of Migration and Coexistence and Social Services – thus complies with the indications of the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration of the Government of Spain to meet this temporary need.
The government delegate in Madrid, Francisco Martín, has set Parla as an example to point out that “when you want, you can”, making an effort to carry out a process that he has again defended as “of justice”.
For his part, the mayor of Parla, Ramón Jury Rodríguez, has highlighted the effort of municipal workers to respond to these citizens who are already part of Parla.

In addition, and with the objective of helping and supporting the people who are immersed in this extraordinary regularization process, on April 25, the Consulate of Ecuador in Spain installed an information point at the AIDE Joven Vocational Training Center, and last Saturday the Rumiñahui Association, a collaborating entity with the Ministry of Inclusion Migration and Migration, installed a mobile point to issue vulnerability reports to those people without files in Social Services and who have all the required documentation.
