With reference to the urgent information note published by the Directorate General of the Public Service on 20 May:
"In order to continue guaranteeing the basic functioning of public services, the competence of the General Administration of the State, the calculation of the deadlines foreseen for the presentation of the necessary documentation and for the consequent allocation of places, derived from the execution of the selective processes of access to the status of working personnel within the scope of the Single Convention, which had been suspended due to the situation of state of alarm regulated in Royal Decrees 463/2020, of 14 March and 465/2020, of 17 March.
In any case, the deadlines and forms envisaged for the incorporation of staff into their jobs may be affected by the measures reflected in article 7 of the aforementioned Royal Decree 463/2020, of 14 March, modified by Royal Decree 465/2020 of 17 March, depending on the geographical location of the work centers and the possible displacements to be carried out. In these cases, it will be the Ministerial Department, Agency or Agency to which the place of entry is attached, who informs the worker of the exceptions or particularities applicable in their specific case. To this end, the aforementioned Departments, Agencies and Agencies will contact the interested parties to ensure the communication of the administrative acts or resolutions adopted.
Possible appeals against such actions and Resolutions may be filed from the date of publication or notification of them until the end of the period provided in each of them. This period shall begin its computation from the day following the end of the state of alarm."
URGENT INFORMATION NOTE DGFP MARCH 2020 "Given the situation of state of alarm and taking into account the provisions of section Four of Royal Decree 465/2020, of 17 March, by which new paragraphs are modified and added to the regulation contained in the third additional provision of Royal Decree 463/2020, of 14 March, by which the state of alarm is declared for the management of the health crisis situation caused by COVID-19, <>strong the deadlines foreseen for the presentation of documentation and adjudication derived from the execution of the selective processes of access to the status of personnel interested in the field of the Convention are accredited, This communication will be made individually and will be absolutely exceptional in nature. In the event that the Administration does not determine the need expressed in the aforementioned Royal Decree, the worker has no obligation to submit any documentation, although, if possible, he may voluntarily send it for consideration and valuation at the time when the computation of the legally established deadlines begins again."
