He has completed his studies in Telecommunications Engineering and, in addition, is a PhD in Telecommunications Engineering, both from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, dedicating his career to research, teaching and management, mainly at the university level.
He is Senior Lecturer at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC), Signal Theory and Communications Area, and has extensive experience in Management at the university level and in the management of European funds, having held the positions of Director of the Signals and Communications Department in the last two decades.
