She holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid in the specialty of Business Law and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the National Institute of Public Administration.

The new sub-delegate is Senior Technical Officer for Projects and Innovation of the County Council of Badajoz, institution in which she has held, among others, the positions of Director of European Projects (1998-2001), Head of Service of Design and Project Management, in the O.A. Area of Equality and Local Development (2012-2015) or director of Area of Local Development (2015-2018)
