Information regarding subsidies granted by Order TMD/101/2025. of 31 January.
Obligations of advertising
Paragraph 24 of WTO TMD/101/2025 sets out the obligations with regard to the advertising of subsidies granted by WTO TMD/101/2025.
Requires for projects accepted by the General Directorate of Regional and Local Cooperation proof of funding by the General Administration of the State, through the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory, and the financial contribution allocated:
- In all publicity or publicity measures about the project or any work of it,
- On a poster at work until the justification of the subsidy with that information.
- On a plate or permanent information element in a visible place of the infrastructure, equipment or installation, from the start of service and for at least 5 years.
Likewise, in all contracts or commissions related to the execution of the project, the beneficiary entities must state that they receive funding from the General Administration of the State, through the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory. It must also be included in all documents supporting the contracting or commissioning process of the project, including invoices. Finally, the beneficiary entities will have to provide mechanisms to ensure that the contractors or their own means effectively comply with all advertising obligations in the part that corresponds to them.
