The objective of the Plan is to improve the quality of the services that the General Administration of the State (AGE) provides to citizens throughout the territory, strengthening their presence and visibility.

The Plan is part of the overall strategy of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public Service. Its alignment with the Plan of Reinforcement and Acquisition of Talent in the General Administration of the State and with the Plan of Modernization of the Public Administrations integrated in the Plan of Recovery, Transformation and Resilience will allow the creation of positive synergies to achieve the desired results.

The Directorate General of the General Administration of the State in the Territory (DGAGET) will be responsible for promoting and developing this strategic plan from a twofold perspective: the dialogue with the Government Delegations (DG) and with the Ministerial Departments, both the functional leaders of the integrated services in the DGs and the non-integrated services. The DGAGET Annual Action Plans will include the activities foreseen in this Plan, in accordance with the principles of legality, effectiveness, efficiency and quality.
