- Agreement on the transfer of functions and services from the State Administration to the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country with regard to the implementation of the State labour legislation on initial authorizations for self- or third-party employment of foreign persons whose employment relationship is developing in the Basque Country, which will materialize at the next meeting of the Joint Transfer Commission.
- Agreement for the delimitation of competences and cooperation relations between the General Administration of the State and the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country in the field of Meteorology and Climatology, which will materialize in the next meeting of the Joint Transfer Commission.

- Approval of the minutes of the last two meetings of the Bilateral Cooperation Commission, held on 27 November 2024 and 6 March 2025 respectively.

a) on the implementation of the State legislation on maritime rescue in the internal and territorial waters corresponding to the Basque coast.
b) the extension of functions and services transferred to the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country by RD 2557/1985, of 18 December, in the field of safety and health at work (National Machinery Verification Centre in Biscay).
(c) in the management of non-contributory social security benefits; in the management of contributory unemployment benefits; in the management of unemployment benefits and in the management of school insurance.
- Agreement in relation to airports of general interest located in the Basque Country.
- Agreement on the holding of the next meeting of the Joint Transfer Conference.
