Appointed Subdelegate of the Government in Huesca on April 27, 2023, he has a degree in Veterinary and career officer, since 1986 veterinary of Health Administration of the Government of Aragon.

He has carried out his duties in various departments of the Autonomous Executive in the province of Huesca. He was a Senior Veterinarian at Barbastro until 1991 and later moved to the position of Public Health Veterinarian in Monzón. He also served as head of the Regional Agri-Environmental Office (OCA) of Castejón de Sos; was a Public Health Veterinarian in Fraga; head of the OCA of Barbastro; head of the Delegate Office of the Government of Aragón in Barbastro until 2020 and head of the Inspection Section of Health Centers and Services in Huesca until last year. He was currently in charge of the Public Health Laboratory of Huesca.

In addition, he has been representative of the Department of Health in the Zone Health Councils in Monzón, Fraga and Mequinenza and also participated in the Department of Health in Castejón de Sos, on behalf of UGT.

PSOE Councillor in Quicena since 2019 has collaborated with UNICEF, Veterinarians without Borders, Amnesty International and the Red Cross.
