Prior complaint to the Data Protection Delegate of the Ministry
Prior to submitting a complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the interested party may contact the Data Protection Delegate of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory, in accordance with the provisions of article 37.1 of Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
The Data Protection Delegate will inform the interested party of the decision adopted within a maximum period of two months from the receipt of the claim.

Complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD)
If you believe that your data protection rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority. Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), Independent body responsible for ensuring compliance with the regulations in Spain.
