He also has a University Extension Course in Management Team Training from the UNED, and is in possession of the advanced level certificate of English by the Official School of Languages of Teruel.

Until his appointment as a subdelegate, he served as general secretary of the government’s subdelegation in Teruel. Previously, he has directed the internship Santa Emerenciana de Teruel, and has been, as a career officer of the body of secondary school teachers, a teacher of the specialty of mathematics in middle schools.

Outside the field of administration, he has worked for several years as a project manager in different engineering companies, having been mainly dedicated to the management of large installation projects in the tertiary sector.
