Legal regime

The legislation of the State in local matters is established in Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the Bases of Local Regime . In addition, each of the Autonomous Communities has its own local legislation that addresses the unique characteristics of its territory and regulates the corresponding model of local organization.
