Telephone 060, which informs of all the procedures and services of the General Administration of the State, has answered, until the end of July, a total of 7,129,018 calls from citizens.
Throughout 2019, the calls served by the 060 were 10,799,961, a figure that, if the growing trend continues, will be exceeded in 2020.
In the last 8 years, calls to 060 have multiplied by five from 2.2 million in 2011 to 10.8 million in 2019.
The 060 currently integrates about 230 telephone lines of different administrative bodies and more than 25 citizen care services.
