The Government Delegation in Asturias has published its letter of services valid until 2027 and once it has been approved by the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory.
Service letters are documents that constitute the instrument through which the organs, agencies and entities of the General Administration of the State inform citizens and users about the services they have entrusted, the rights that assist them and the commitments of quality in their provision.
With the publication of the letter of services the Government Delegation in Asturias renews its commitment to offer efficient and quality services with the support of new technologies and face-to-face care in an exercise of transparency and social responsibility.
In the document, which is available in this linkthe 246 services provided by the Government Delegation in Asturias are detailed. Of these, 68 percent can be processed in a form on-line. The services are grouped into 20 categories that reflect the work done by the public employees of the Government Delegation:
- Information and attention to citizenship.
- Violence against women.
- Services aimed at immigrants in Spain.
- Services related to employment or emigrants.
- Homologation/equivalence of foreign academic degrees and issuance of degrees.
- Processing of dossiers related to explosives and pyrotechnics.
- Expropriations. Processing of Proof of Payment File.
- State intervention in emergency or catastrophic situations.
- International vaccination.
- Pharmacy inspection.
- External health.
- Plant health: phytosanitary import/export control.
- Animal health: veterinary import/export control.
- Maritime fishing.
- Refund of fees.
- Transports.
- Files corresponding to administrative sanctions.
- Requests for administrative authorizations.
- Services to companies and other administrations.
- Right of assembly.
In addition, the letter of services recalls that the population can collaborate in the improvement of services through satisfaction surveys, presenting complaints and suggestions or through the participation mechanisms provided in the Transparency Portal of the General Administration of the State.
Together with the set of services, the letter establishes the 20 quality commitments assumed by the Government Delegation in Asturias and the indicators of compliance that will be published periodically.
