The National Institute of Public Administration (INAP) launches, within the framework of the Training Plan 2021, the second edition of the learning experience Fundamentals on equality between women and men #Equality Learning.
Since 2020, the INAP has included in its training offer activities in the online dynamic modality, which promote collaboration through horizontal learning experiences in which a dynamization team accompanies, motivates, guides and makes visible the learning of 1,500 participants.
This initiative is part of the I Training Plan on Equality and Non-Discrimination of the INAP 2020-2022, with the aim of contributing to making the principle of equal opportunities a reality, promoting a more plural, diverse and representative administration of all citizens and moving towards a more just and egalitarian society, promoting the conditions for freedom and equality to be real and effective and removing the obstacles that prevent or hinder their fullness.
