The Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public Function has launched the ‘Rethink Selection’ initiative with the intention of introducing improvements in the selective processes of the Public Employment offers of the General Administration of the State to “attract and retain talent” in the AGE.
The Secretary General of Public Service, Javier Rueda, has pointed out that the ‘Rethink selection’ strategy aims, on the one hand, to introduce mechanisms that speed up the deadlines, from the detection of personnel needs in the Public Administration and the elaboration of an EPO, until the incorporation takes place. And, on the other hand, making work in the Administration more attractive to younger students, always under the principles of “equality, merit and ability” that permeates access to the provision of services to AGE citizens.
