The Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public Service has promoted the integration and unification of the different telephone numbers of the General State Administration in a single number (060), in order to rationalize resources and services, so that the citizen does not have to know the numbers of attention of each administrative service dispersed in the different ministries and public agencies.
To date, about 230 telephone lines from different administrative bodies and more than 20 citizen services have been integrated into the Telephone 060 platform, for example, the care of victims of terrorism, the payment of traffic fines, prior appointment at traffic headquarters, complaints to the police, alien procedures, prior appointment of DNIe and passport, meteorological care or information on public employment and selective processes.
