The Ministry of Education and Professional Training has published in the Official State Gazette a maximum of 2400 scholarships for participation in a program of linguistic immersion in English in Spain in internship and full pension, lasting one week, in the month of July of this same year.
The requirements to qualify for these scholarships are:
· To have been born between 1 January 2003 and 31 December 2006.
· Be enrolled during this course in some of the following studies: Baccalaureate, Professional Teaching of Music and Dance, Medium Degree of Plastic Arts and Design, Medium Degree of Sports Teaching and Intermediate or Advanced Language Teaching.
· To have obtained the status of a scholar in the MEFP course 22-23 in some of the studies indicated in the previous section.
· Have approved all the subjects of the last course, with a minimum final grade of 9 in the English subject.
Applicants must complete the application using a form accessible via the internet at the address http://www.educacionyfp.gob.es through the electronic headquarters of the MEFP, in the section corresponding to “Search Procedures”.
The award of the scholarship will result in the allocation of space to participate in the activity. However, to complete the total price of the course, the beneficiaries will necessarily have to pay 100 euros to the company awarding the contract. The transfer of the student from his or her home to the destination centre will be the responsibility of the student.
The selection of candidates will be done by ordering the applicants who meet the requirements based on the grade obtained in the English subject. In addition, 1.50 points will be added to this note when the applicant is newly awarded.
