The Minister of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory, Ángel Víctor Torres, held a meeting this Friday with the government delegate in Galicia, Pedro Blanco.
The minister stressed that in the last five years of government with Pedro Sánchez as president the litigation with the autonomous communities has been considerably reduced “and our will will be to negotiate to the maximum to avoid reaching the Constitutional Court” and recalled that, “without going any further, this summer an agreement was signed with the Xunta on Law 3/2022, of business areas of Galicia”. The minister said that at the moment there is no request for a bilateral commission from Galicia, “but the Xunta will always have the hand of the Government of Spain.”
