The Ministry of Territorial Policy has decided to grant 149 million euros to subsidize projects of digitalization of local entities, of the call of 2022, from the Plan of Recovery, Transformation and Resilience, financed by the European Union-NextGenerationEU.
This call, for municipalities with a population between 20,000 and 50,000 inhabitants, provincial and provincial councils, cabildos, island councils, Ceuta and Melilla and uniprovincial autonomous communities, began its deadline for submission of applications last August, in which local entities were able to submit their digitization projects, aimed at bringing the local administration closer to citizens and facilitating the procedures with innovative proposals that improve the provision of public services, ending the deadline at the end of 2022.
