The Secretary of State for Territorial Policy, Alfredo González, has highlighted the commitment of the Government of Spain to Navarre self-government “within the constitutional and statutory framework”. “This Executive governs under the maxim of dialogue and collaboration between Administrations,” he said.
Alfredo González has chaired, together with the First Vice-President and Minister of the Presidency, Equality, Public Service and Interior, Javier Remírez, the Transfer Board of the State Administration - Foral Community of Navarre that has validated the transfer of functions and services in the field of traffic and circulation of motor vehicles. With this agreement, he said, “we comply with the provisions of Article 49.3 of the Statute of Autonomy of Navarre.”
