- Applicants whose last name begins with the chosen letter will be the first to intervene when shifts are established and also in oral exams and individual tests
The public draw held today at the headquarters of the Directorate General of Public Service, of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public Service, has determined that the letter “V” will mark the order of intervention of the opponents in the selective processes of the General State Administration (AGE) throughout the year.
In the draw, all the lyrics could be checked by those present at the event, and an official, responding to the call of the Deputy Director General of Planning, Human Resources and Remuneration, Yolanda Martínez Sevilla, has volunteered to verify the introduction of all the lyrics in a white sack from which one of them was then extracted, which corresponded to the letter “V”.
Compliance with current regulations
Article 17 of Royal Decree 364/1995, which approves the General Regulations on the Admission of Personnel to the Service of the AGE and the Provision of Jobs and Professional Promotion of Civil Servants of the AGE, establishes that “before the beginning of the exercises or tests of the selective processes, the order of action of the candidates in all the selective tests that are held during the year will be determined by a single public draw held after announcement in the Official State Gazette (BOE).”
Likewise, the Royal Decree establishes that "the result of the draw will be published in the BOE and must be collected in each of the contests".
The BOE published on June 11 the Resolution of the Secretary of State for Territorial Policy and Public Service that designated date, time and place (June 21, at 11:00 am, at the headquarters of the General Directorate of the Public Service, Manuel Cortina street, 2) for the celebration of the public draw established in the General Regulations on the Entry of Staff into the Service of the AGE.
In compliance with the social distancing measures ordered by the health authorities, for the second consecutive year this act has again had a limitation of capacity.
