The Minister of Territorial Policy and Public Function, Miquel Iceta, met this afternoon, telematically, with the delegates of the Government in the different Autonomous Communities and Cities, with whom he agreed on the need to continue advancing the coordination between the General Administration of the State and its representatives in the territories.
This is the first meeting they have had since Iceta took office. The minister and the delegates also agreed on the need to bring public policies closer to the citizens and have addressed the Strategic Plan for the improvement of the services of the AGE in the territory.
The Government Delegations, organically attached to the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public Service, exercise the direction and supervision of all the services of the General Administration of the State and its Public Agencies located in its territory.
The meeting was also attended by the Secretary of State for Territorial Policy and Public Service, Víctor Francos; the Secretary General for Territorial Coordination, Miryam Álvarez; and the Director General of the General Administration of the State in the Territory, Agustín Torres.
