The Secretary of State for Territorial Policy and Public Service, Francisco Hernández Spínola, has announced the approval in the coming months of the draft Law on Public Service of the General Administration of the State (AGE), reform that wants to “profoundly transform the public employment system”.
Hernández Spínola, has highlighted the principles of the new Law: gender equality, promotion of diversity and inclusion, improvement of human resources management systems in the public sector, introduces the horizontal career, performance evaluation and regulation of the public manager. In addition, it is committed to strategic planning, accountability and management by objectives, will regulate new modalities of work, introducing corporate social responsibility in the AGE and will strengthen the evaluation of public policies.
