For her part, Minister Carolina Darias has recognized the role of local entities in the face of the consequences derived from the health crisis, strengthening the areas of cooperation and co-governance to meet the demands of citizens, continue fighting the pandemic and act jointly in the scenario of recovery and transformation of our country.
“The relationship with the FEMP has been important during this time and the close collaboration continues in normative areas, such as the joint work to elaborate the Statute of Small Municipalities or the intense cooperation of the ministries of Territorial Policy and Public Function and Health with the FEMP in matters related to COVID-19,” the minister reiterated.
