The Minister of Territorial Policy and Public Service, Carolina Darias, met this afternoon by videoconference with the unions CSIF, UGT, CCOO and CIG, as representatives in the General Negotiating Table of the General Administration of the State, with whom she has signed electronically the agreement on organizational measures for the progressive face-to-face incorporation of public employees of the General Administration of the State, within the framework of the Plan of Transition to the New Normality.
The agreement reached is summarized in the following points: guaranteeing the health of public employees, measures at the organizational level for the proper development of their functions, complying with all the health protection measures dictated by the health authorities, which will be reflected in a resolution of the Secretary of State for Territorial Policy and Public Service, the content of which has been negotiated between the Government and trade unions, with a view to its application in the General Administration of the State and which will be dealt with in the delegated bureaux and representative bodies in the different departments and public bodies.
