The Provincial Directorate of the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports (MEFPyD) of melilla has opened a deadline, from April 15, 2024 to May 6, both inclusive, for those who wish to continue in the lists of candidates for interinities of the bodies and specialties for which no selective process has been convened.
As reported by the Provincial Director, Juan Ángel Berbel, all publications related to this process will be made on the web https://sede.educacion.gob.es, accessing "Procedures and Services" and later "Public employment/temporary public employment offer/teaching staff". It will also appear on the website of the Provincial Directorate of Education of Melilla, http://www.educacionyfp.gob.es/contenidos/ba/ceuta-melilla/melilla/portada.html.
As for the requirements that must be met to continue in the lists of the 2024/2025 academic year, they are to register their application at the headquarters and have been part of the lists of candidates for interinities to fill positions in the regime of this city.
Only the merits perfected after the last report will be provided, if appropriate, until May 6, the end of the deadline for the submission of cases.
The documentation accrediting requirements and merits must be attached to the application in Electronic Headquarters in electronic format and it will not be necessary to provide documentation when the maximum score has been reached in any section or subsection of the merit scale.
In all cases, the teacher will be obliged to add the experience he/she wishes to be granted and obtained from the last baremation, although it will not be necessary to provide the document that justifies this experience when referring to public centers dependent on this Provincial Directorate.
When the teaching needs involve the coverage of places of the British Council Convention and those others that have been identified as bilingual according to the teachings taught in the educational centers, these positions will be covered by candidates from the lists of the corresponding specialty that certify the required linguistic competence.
The bilingual places offered will be identified with the function of the corresponding language and within each of the lists will be distinguished those applicants who request to be part of the bilingual lists that are prepared.
Applicants wishing to teach in another language in the following specialties: Infant Education, Primary Education, Physics and Chemistry, Biology and Geology, Geography and History, Economics, Information and Communication Technology and Physical Education must expressly state this in the application for the computer application.
Those applicants who have recognized by the competent bodies of the Ministry of Health or, where appropriate, of the corresponding Autonomous Community, a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33 percent and meet the other required requirements, may register this condition in the applications they make, providing the supporting documentation. These applicants must, in addition, prove prior to their appointment that they possess the personal conditions of aptitude necessary for the exercise of teaching functions, through the opinion issued by the competent body.
In the management of the corresponding lists of applicants in each specialty, the percentage of places that, in general, must be respected in the access to public employment to be covered by people with disabilities will be taken into account, so that in each list of specialties and teaching bodies, in those cases in which they are part of those applicant lists that have accredited that status, the corresponding applicant will be included in their order, after every fifteen people belonging to that list.
