(A) EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

The minor has no capacity to act. Your application must be submitted by the person who has parental authority.

(D) UNACCOMPANIED MINORS

1. Temporary residence for unaccompanied minors

2. Renewal of the temporary residence permit for unaccompanied minors when they reach the age of majority

3. A foreign minor who reaches the age of majority without being the holder of a residence permit as an unaccompanied minor.

The minor has no capacity to act. Your application must be submitted by the person who has parental authority or to whom the guardianship has been attributed. In the case of unaccompanied minors, the presentation through any Office of Records Assistance or Common electronic registration.
