The Ministry of Inclusion agrees to the attachment of a Social Security property to the City of Inca
The Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration has agreed to annex to the City of Inca part of a property owned by the General Treasury of Social Security on Mestre Torrandell Street, 85, in the locality.
This building, which houses the town’s Social Security Information and Care Center (CAISS), also housed a health center, which was transferred to the regional administration in 2013. This part of the property was reverted to Social Security in 2013, remaining unused since then.
The part of the building to which the ascription corresponds, of 5,166 square meters, will be used by the City of Inca for the provision of socio-sanitary, cultural and social services for a period of 30 years.
This ascription is protected by the reform of Royal Decree 1221/92 on Social Security assets approved last January, which simplifies and facilitates collaboration between Social Security and other administrations, allowing the use of properties that are not being used to ascribe them for public utility purposes.
