The government delegate in Galicia, Pedro Blanco, encouraged the almost 600 students of the School of Specialties of the Naval Station of A Graña, in Ferrol, to continue striving and reaching goals during their military preparation. Together with the deputy delegate of the Government in A Coruña, María Rivas, and the director of the School of Specialties of the Naval Station of A Graña, the captain of the ship José Luis Guevara, visited the academic facilities and signed in the Book of Honor of the institution.
Pedro Blanco highlighted the impetus that the government is giving both to the military institutions of Ferrol and to the city itself. It is a coordinated work between administrations, which bets on the growth and improvement of Ferrol by fulfilling historical demands of its citizens, such as the creation of housing on land of the Ministry of Defense or a more permeable closure by relieving the current wall of the Military Arsenal.
