El Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food It has enabled the free information phone 900 925 782 so that farmers and ranchers affected by DANA can obtain information on the aid, as well as on the different support measures to which they can opt.

This phone will be operational from November 20, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., from Monday to Saturday; and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., on Sundays and holidays.

In addition, the ministry has made available on its website a space where you can consult updated information of the Immediate Response, Reconstruction and Relaunch Plan against the effects caused by the dana, under the heading “Info dana”,

We also inform you that Agroseguro has already started to contact through the phone 685 19 45 72 with the farmers and ranchers included by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food in Royal Decree-Law 7/2024.

Please inform farmers and livestock farmers who may have damages - both insured and uninsured - of this telephone number so that they can answer or return the call as soon as it occurs and request - if applicable - the visit of an expert to carry out the evaluation of the possible damages.

This telephone number 685 19 45 72 is also available so that - proactively - the affected farmers and breeders can contact Agroseguro, confirm whether they are included in Royal Decree-Law 7/2024, report the damage registered and arrange the visit of an expert to their farm.

The phone number is available from Monday to Friday, between 09:00h. and 21:00h

The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food has opened the deadline to apply for aid for agricultural machinery damaged by the dana. The deadline for the submission of applications will be two months from the date of publication of the extract of the call in the Official State Gazette (BOE) on December 28. Therefore, applications will be accepted until March 1, 2025.

As a prerequisite, those interested in receiving the aid can already initiate the necessary procedure of the assessment of the damages through the free telephone 900 925 782. Next, it will be the company Tragsatec that will process the application for assistance on behalf of the eligible stakeholders.

Applicants must be holders of the affected machines that must be registered in the Official Register of Agricultural Machinery (ROMA) on October 28, 2024. Interested parties can check the machines they have in their name at this link: https://servicio.mapama.gob.es/regmaq/buscar.wai
