The Office of Foreigners of Ceuta has incorporated a new service that allows to improve the attention given to the citizens. In particular, it is a “consultation box” where interested parties can request information on immigration procedures and consult the status of their file without having to go in person to the offices.

On the form the citizen will have to indicate the immigration office to which the consultation is directed and choose one of the processing options offered. Your query will be answered via email or telephone by specialized officials, and in the event that the query requires it, you will be assigned a face-to-face appointment at the office.

This new system is the mandatory and preferential information channel for all Immigration Offices in Spain.
