The Government Delegation in Catalonia presents the new Services Charter with a firm commitment to quality in the service and the values of transparency and social responsibility

• The new Charter has unified the services provided to citizens in face-to-face and electronic form in a single document.
• The entry into force of this new Charter was on September 28 and will be valid in the period 2023-2026.

Barcelona, October 17, 2023.- The Official State Gazette of September 27, 2023 published the Resolution of the Undersecretariat of the Ministry of Territorial Policy approving the Charter of Services of the Government Delegation in Catalonia and Government Subdelegation in Barcelona for the period from 2023 to 2026. Unlike previous editions in which two letters of service coexisted, the new Charter of Services integrates electronic and face-to-face services, with the intention of being a guide to improve the relationship of the citizen with the Administration and advance on the path of modernization and digitalization.
